We contact the winner initially by email. We may also announce the winner’s first name and last initial on social media.

Contest Terms & Conditions (18+)

Promoter: Pickleball Evolved (“we,” “us”).
Contest name: Monthly Free Coaching Giveaway.

1) Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2) No purchase necessary

No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3) How to enter

Enter by submitting the entry form on this page. Limit one (1) entry per person/email per calendar month. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or suspected of being fraudulent may be disqualified.

4) Contest period and draw date

This contest runs monthly. Each month’s draw occurs on the last day of the month (Pacific Time). Entries must be received before the draw to be eligible for that month.

5) Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) 60-minute pickleball coaching session (coaching/labour only).

• The prize does not include court/venue fees. If the session is scheduled indoors, the winner is responsible for paying any required court/venue fees.

• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable (unless we agree otherwise in writing).

• The session must be booked within 30 days of winner notification and used within 60 days of notification, unless otherwise agreed by us.

• Scheduling is subject to coach and venue availability.

6) Winner selection and notification

Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. We will attempt to contact the winner by email. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, we may disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.

7) Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month.

8) Privacy and marketing consent

We collect entry information to administer the contest and contact the winner. If you opt in, we may also send Pickleball Evolved updates and coaching offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9) Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Pickleball Evolved from claims related to participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

10) Social platforms disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.

11) Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if circumstances beyond our control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
