Waiver Summary (Quick Read)

Pickleball is a blast — and like any sport, it comes with real risks. By signing the annual waiver, you understand and agree that:

• There are inherent risks (slips/falls, collisions, sprains/strains, overexertion, and court/facility conditions—indoors or outdoors).

• Participation is voluntary and you confirm you (or your child) are fit to play and will follow coach/facility safety rules.

• You assume the risks of play, including risks related to other participants and the environment.

• You release Pickleball Evolved and venue/facility operators from liability, including for negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• You agree to indemnify (cover losses/costs) if claims arise from your (or your child’s) actions or omissions.

• Medical help: if you can’t be reached, you authorize staff/volunteers to assist in getting medical support (at your expense).

• Photo/video choice (coaching review and/or marketing) is selected inside the electronic waiver.

• U19 players: a parent/legal guardian must sign for anyone under 19 in BC.

• The waiver is valid for 12 months and must be re-signed after expiry.

• Paid activities also follow separate Booking Terms (48-hour cancellation policy and weather rescheduling).
