
Pickleball Evolved Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to all paid Pickleball Evolved activities, including private lessons, group clinics, leagues, ladder play, drop-ins, and events. By booking, registering, or attending, you agree to these terms.
1) Payments

Payment is required to confirm your spot unless otherwise stated.

Prices are in CAD and may be subject to applicable taxes (if charged).
2) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Private Lessons + Group Clinics

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

With 48+ hours’ notice: you may reschedule, or request a credit.

With less than 48 hours’ notice: the session/spot is typically forfeited (no refund), except in genuine emergencies at our discretion.

3) Weather & Outdoor Court Conditions
For outdoor sessions (public courts/parks):

If weather or court conditions are unsafe (e.g., heavy rain, ice, unsafe surface), we may cancel, move indoors (if available), or reschedule.

If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a rescheduled date or a credit toward a future session (your choice, where feasible).

We may make a “go/no-go” call close to start time based on current conditions.
4) Facility / Venue Closures
If an indoor facility closes unexpectedly or becomes unavailable:

We will attempt to reschedule or offer credit.

If a comparable replacement time/venue cannot be offered, we may provide a refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances and any non-recoverable facility costs.
5) Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend the session past the scheduled end time due to court bookings.

No-shows are treated as a late cancellation and are typically forfeited.
6) League & Ladder Play Terms (including prepaid programs)
These apply to prepaid ladder/league programs (e.g., $150 programs) unless otherwise stated on the registration page.
Commitment & Missed Weeks

League/ladder spots are limited and scheduled in advance.

Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be made up due to scheduling and parity considerations.

If we can reasonably accommodate a make-up (space permitting), it may be offered as a courtesy (not an entitlement).
Substitutions

Substitutes may be allowed only with approval to maintain fair play and appropriate skill level.

Substitutes must have a current waiver on file (and any required fees settled).
Cancellations by Participant

If you withdraw from a prepaid league/ladder program, refunds are generally not available once the program has started.

If you withdraw before the program begins, we may offer a partial refund or credit, subject to non-recoverable costs and administrative time.
7) Participant Conduct & Safety

Participants must follow coach instructions and facility rules.

Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from a session or program. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
8) Waiver Requirement
Participation requires a current annual waiver on file. If your waiver is expired, you may be asked to re-sign before joining the court.
